Practice Dispensary
The Dispensary opening times:
- Monday 08:30-12:00, 14:00-18:00

The dispensary is closed between 12:00-14:00.
Please note the Dispensary is open for the collection of prescriptions or medication between 08:30-12:00 and 14:00-18:00 Monday – Friday. We request that you do not visit the Practice to collect medication outside of these times. Thank you.
Enhanced Access
Our practice is engaged in a pilot scheme providing enhanced access for patients, to a range of healthcare professionals. Working within a group of eight local practices, we offer a range of appointments each weekday evening between 18:30 and 20:00 and during selected times at weekends, to registered patients, in at least one of the participating practices. Please telephone the surgery for more details.
The practice is not contactable by telephone during this time.
The out of hours service continues to provide urgent/emergency cover. Please note that this is not a walk-in service and therefore you will need to have a pre-booked appointment beforehand.
Access is provided via an intercom system to those patients with a pre-booked appointment only.
Out of Hours Service
Between 18:30 and 08:00, Monday to Friday, all day at weekends and on Bank Holidays your call will be redirected to the East of England Ambulance Service. Please contact NHS 111.
The clinicians working for the service will then decide on the appropriate action, by offering telephone medical advice, if indicated advise and provide directions to the nearest Primary Care Centre or in exceptional circumstances, visit you at home.
Emergencies
In a genuine emergency you should call 999 and ask for an ambulance.
Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute as an emergency.
